Nuclear Dawn Will No Longer Be Worked On

By -
Sad news guys, Nuclear Dawn will most likely never exit beta for Linux due to the developer no longer existing.

According to this forum post InterWave stopped being a business in December 2013, the post also confirms from another email that no one is working on it any more.

It seems the rights to Nuclear Dawn where passed onto GameConnect who don't have anyone to work on it.

So, save your wallets and don't go buying Nuclear Dawn right now.

Sadly these things happen, game developing is a volatile thing and companies can go under at any time. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I've been watching that one for a while and it looks promising. I'm trying not to buy too many early access games though. How does it play at the moment? If it's not too unfinished I might give it a closer look.

Plays amazingly well. It is actually very good looking, and the performance is great. Also its just a really fun game to play. Reminds me of Call of Duty 2.
