This is on top of the fact that the store they sell through (their publisher) has also added support to buy once and own on all platforms, making it a much nicer experience for new players.

I am a big, big fan of this game due to it being a spiritual successor to Alpha Centurai, you can see my thoughts and a video I did on it here. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Quoting: DeformalI`d like to see this game on Steam.

That apparently will not happen as the publishing company is a direct competitor to Steam.

I can see that being a problem for a lot of people. In my case, I have c.500 games on Steam, c.50 on Desura, c.60 on GOG and all the other games on the Humble Store.

The danger with such large collections is that if you don't play with a game, you need to remember that you actually own it,and if my c.700 games had all been purchased in a gazillion stores, I would be quite at a loss. This is where the physical CDROM was good. But I don't own any CDROMs now apart from 2-3 games which I kept for mementos sake.

Someone needs to come up with a third party service that federates all the titles we own from these different platforms, into one easily accessible platform. I use GCStar to catalogue all my stuff, but it is getting quite difficult to keep up, wish it was automatic.

As for Pandora, it looks like it is never in the Sales at Slitherine, which is ahame as it is quite pricey, but to be honest, it seems like it is a game worth saving money for. I might make the jump.
