Black Ice is a fantastic looking FPS game with some RPG elements thrown in, it's awesome because it's like playing a shooter in Tron land. If you don't know what Tron is then see here.
I am really, really glad to see at least for me the mouse issues with the new demo have vanished, no more mouse aiming at the sky! This enabled me to make a video of it on Linux for you lovely readers!

My Thoughts
It's not often I come across a game that has excited me as much as Black Ice. There's something insanely fun about running around a neon world, hacking buildings and running away from spider like creatures.
I was surprised to see the AI run up buildings and jump off them at me, that's a nice touch that caught me off-guard, wasn't expecting to see that!
It's fun, but don't go over-doing it! Buildings difficulty numbers really do work, like in my video I thought I was "man enough" for a building of 160 difficulty...ouch.
Black Ice is a proper little gem and very cleverly made, go try it and buy it. I am expecting great things from this game in future.
It will be interesting to see where the developer takes it in future

About
Black Ice is a Hack and Shoot - a cyberpunk first person shooter / hack and slash rpg about hacking. Think Borderlands meets Tron. The cyber-world is procedurally generated, the colors are neon, the loot is randomized, and the lasers are loud.
You can grab the game from Itch.io right here, and also vote for it to get on Steam from greenlight. It's only $5 right now which is an absolute STEAL.
The new demo is up on IndieDB featuring editions from the main game like graphics updates and bug fixes.
