Quest of Dungeons is a turn based dungeon crawler game featuring a good old 16-bit retro artistic look. I had a chance to not only test the game and video it for you, but to let you know the developer needs Linux testers.
You can contact the developer on twitter here. There are limited spaces for testers who don't own the game, but if you do own the game already you can ask for the password to unlock the Linux beta on Steam.

It plays a lot like you would expect from a procedurally generated dungeon crawler and it's very unforgiving! Everything was smooth as silk including its support for multi-screens (hooray!!) thanks to being built with SDL, although interestingly the developer does his own direct OpenGL calls rather than relying on SDL.
I really enjoyed my time playing it and will most likely keep playing it, it reminds me a lot of Cardinal Quest although personally I actually prefer Quest of Dungeons especially as CQ uses Adobe Air.

David AmadorThe game was coded in C++, I used SDL for window management and input.
Made my own direct calls to OpenGL for render (instead of using SDL rendering), OpenAL/libOGG for sound and freetype2 for font.
