Flower Shop: Summer In Fairbrook is a dating and farming simulation game, yup those two genres have actually been merged, join me in being confused. Originally released in 2010 the game finally has a Steam release.
The game is from Winter Wolves who have created a number of anime-styled games such as Always Remember Me and Spirited Heart, both of which support Linux too.
Features
-Mix between dating sim with farming sim gameplay
-Raise your crops and sell them at the market
-Plan how you spend your time with the weekly scheduler
-Relationship system: each character has a relationship value that affects gameplay
-High replayability: normal and special ending for a total of 9 different endings!
You can grab it from them directly (including a demo!) or just from Steam where there's a discount right now!

Quotea dating and farming simulation game, yup those two genres have actually been mergedHaven't you played the Harvest Moon series? Oh man, you're missing out!
Rune Factory (a spin off) took it a step further and shoehorned dungeons, monsters, magic and crafting in too!
I'm afraid this looks like a subpar flash game that wouldn't be out of place on a early 2000's free online game site. I don't think I'll be paying $20 for this.

I don't know french, but I used a translator, and I think that is an amazing news:

The company Hyperion Entertainment, specializes in the maintenance of Amiga OS , focused in his time a large number of games on the Amiga , but also some tracks on Mac OS and Linux (Sin , Shogo MAD Gorky 17).
According to reliable sources , Hyperion Entertainment plans to republish its flagship title Shogo MAD adopting Linux platform Desura distribution. The current version of Shogo MAD poorly or not work with recent distributions.
Just like RuneSoft , it is not there to bring a new title , but adapted to today's requirements.
Nothing confirmed for Sin (which does not work at all) and Gorky 17 ( it was distributed by Linux Game Publishing)
Answer in a few months.

Actually its made in Ren'Py so it uses a visual novel engine and is a bit more fleshed out than flash game.

Yeah, I'd rather wait for Star Dew Valley for Linux:

Unfortunately I've been waiting for more than a year already :(
