Remember Mutant Gangland? It's the rather fun looking turn-based strategy game from BacioiuC that pits robots vs mutants. The developer has given an update on the status of the second Alpha and has put the source-code under the fully open MIT license.
Some of you disliked me using the term "open source" when it was really a non-commercial license (my bad), I am pleased to say the developer has listened (good guy!) and opened the source up completely! You can find the source on github right now.
In Alpha 2 we will see quite a few changes to the game with the introduction of powerful Commander units with their own unique abilities, improved modding support with easier unit creation instead of being hard-coded into the game.
See the full post here.
Another interesting bit of info is the developer has also moved to Linux to develop the game, another one joins the cause!
You can buy the game and get instant alpha access right now on their Itch.io store.
