The Natural Selection 2 team has announced the Kodiac update & DLC release further refining the already beautiful game. The patch fixes many issues and introduces a new DLC map with customization options.

The DLC isn't just a new map however, it includes all this:
  • Kodiak Camouflage Marine Armor (Male & Female)
  • Kodiak Camouflage Marine Rifle
  • Kodiak Camouflage Exosuit
  • Kodiak Camouflage Skulk
  • Kodiak Marine Shoulder Pad

It was originally an item in the Steam Workshop the developers loved, so it's now official and 50% of the proceeds go directly to the creator, this is a great way to not only increase the life-time of Natural Selection 2, but also help the community of modders around it.

Anyone picked this pack up? You can grab it on Steam.

Personally I am still excited about Natural Selection 2: Combat a new game to come out with Linux support. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

This is still a game that is very shotty on many linux distro's. The community has begged for help on the steam forums but no reply.
