Among The Sleep is easily one of my favourite game ideas to come out of Kickstarter, sadly though the release is plagued with graphical glitches for seemingly only nvidia users. As so far no AMD or Intel users have sounded off on graphical glitches.

I was gifted a key from one of our contributors and tested it out and on Nvidia hardware you get long black lines across the screen constantly, and Linux isn't on its own this seems to happen for OS X users too.

There are also reports from quite a lot of users that it's a very short game, but that isn't always a bad thing remember as some games can easily go on too long.

About the Game
Among the Sleep is a first person horror adventure, in which you play a two year old child. After waking up in the middle of the night to mysterious sounds, you start exploring the dark looking for comfort.

The game explores horror through atmosphere and exploration, not with scores and combat systems. In Among the Sleep you’re vulnerable, scared, and trying to make sense of the world.

Oh man that sucks. I got Nvidia chipset too - and really looked forward to this release! Here's hoping they fix it soon in a patch.

Yeah, the demo worked flawlessly for me too on my Nvidia card, so something must have changed for this to happen. I'm pretty sure I've pledged for this one though, so I might as well check it out this weekend.

Looks like the graphical bugs are being worked on and since there are a few "resolved" bugs already, I imagine a patch is coming soon.

So I bought it and forgot about the black lines and was surprised to see them. Anyway, I am glad to see it's not my card but the game. Damn. The demo worked fine too.
