Mount & Blade: Warband is a medieval strategy & action game from TaleWorlds Entertainment and it looks like they may bring it to Linux.
It's not surprising since it is published by Paradox who are already very Linux friendly.
On the SteamDB entry these were shown recently:
About the Game
In a land torn asunder by incessant warfare, it is time to assemble your own band of hardened warriors and enter the fray. Lead your men into battle, expand your realm, and claim the ultimate prize: the throne of Calradia!
Mount & Blade: Warband is the eagerly anticipated stand alone expansion pack for the game that brought medieval battlefields to life with its realistic mounted combat and detailed fighting system.
Seems like a very popular game with the critics too, and on Steam alone the reviews are good with people putting 200+ hours into it.
Exciting!

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
Quoting: SuperuserBah. Warband was good, but the interface was terrible and the battle AI (especially the siege AI) was worse. What we really need is M&B2, which TaleWorlds will be self-publishing and I don't know how interested they are in a Linux port.
Most major mods feature some type of battle AI that attempts to keep the forces organized, archers protected and so forth.
I don't know what your problem with the interface is. I guess things like giving gear to followers are unintuitive, but I'd argue it's fairly efficient once you're familiar with it.
Either way, it's one of my favourite games of all time and while it already works on Wine very well, a native version would be fine. And considering it has an Android version, I'd wager it'd be native.

Magicka on Linux ! We want Magicka on Linux ! And Majesty 2 !
In fact, it seems to me I would like to see almost every Paradox game I own on Linux. But who knows.. it seems we are getting a lot of surprises with them. Crusader Kings 2 was the nicest one for me, as I bought it before knowing it was coming to Linux. Then Europa Universalis 4. And the Cities in Motion series (don't have them, but on my wishlist), and now Warband.. it would be really great.

Looks nice, hopefully it will get ported.

I know this article is a week old now but apparently a developer at Taleworlds has confirmed that Mount & Blade: Warband (and possibly the Napoleon War DLC) will indeed be coming to Linux.

Quoting: MustafaKIt'll be a native port for Linux and Mac. Warband only but we'll try to include Napoleon DLC too. Open beta will be next week and full release will be July, if all goes well.Steam Forum Post
