There's been a lot of new releases recently with no signs of slowing down, so what have you been investing your time in recently?
Personally I've spent more time than I thought I would have in Civilization V. It hooked me in a little more than I thought it would...just one more turn!
I've also just picked up the XCOM expansion in the sale, and look forward to seeing how poorly my soldiers have trained with their shocking aim some more.
Sadly I would like to invest some more time in Planetary Annihilation smashing moons into a base someone spent an hour building, but wow it's so utterly broken right now it's not worth repeatedly closing it and launching it again to see if the UI decides to show up in-game. I hope they fix this soon.
Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
AI: War. New changes with the new expansion are very cool. Attack of the B-Team (minecraft) with some friends.
Eyeing XCOM on sale. I'm told I would like it, since I dig tactical RPG's.

Europa Universalis IV >>> CivV. Spent a huge amount of time with it recently.
Now I resumed ETS2+Promods but unfortunately the opengl texture problem is back in the mod. Need to do some more hacking :)

Serious Sam 3 and I have a bunch to even get started with. I'm hoping AMD drivers learn to tell applications they have 2GB VRAM. Until then, I'm sacrificing fishes to our lord, Tux.

Thanks to Steam Family Sharing, I've been able play through Closure without having bought it...
Now it's Deponia.

Surprisingly - the Witcher 2. After the patches it runs like a champ! It's a great game.

Still just Team Fortress 2. There are a lot of "new" games on Linux but there hasn't been any new AAA games for a while and I'm honestly only interested in those because I'm spoiled on their quality. Most of these Indie games flooding the steam store have the kind of 2d graphics and playstyle you'd expect to find back in the 90's and just don't appeal to me.
Waiting on a decent linux AAA MMORPG. Not expecting any until mid 2015 at the earliest though.

Overwhelmingly the XCOM expansion. Also Sanctum 2, Normality (an oldie from GOG).
Really eyeing the Darksiders daily deal on Steam ATM, since they promised Linux support...
