The Humble Indie Bundle has returned for a twelfth time! This time it features some seriously good games, but no new Linux ports.

It's good to see them return to their original bundle with pushing out a Humble Indie Bundle, but the lack of new ports is a little sad. Not only that but there's only three games in the initial bundle with all of the others requiring you to fork out more.

It does as usual state more games are coming, but will they be rehashes of previous bundles as per usual or will they bring us some new games? Who knows, but the bundle itself is a killer anyway.

Games
Steamworld Dig
Hammerwatch
Gunpoint

Pay more than the average for
Papers, Please
LUFTRAUSERS
Gone Home
+more games to come

Pay $10 or more
Prison Architect alpha

Honestly I would happily pay a full $10 for this bundle as it's a bloody fantastic set of games and Gone Home is personal favourite.

Anyone going to fork out for the "Humble Indie Bundle 12 Entertainment System" pack? Some nice little bits in there! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Really hope I got this down as a Linux purchase, didn't get asked which system I use at all, but the download page assumed Linux right off the bat.

They use the user agent of your browser to register platform by default. I had a couple of bundles accidentally register for Mac, since I bought them using the Dolphin browser on my Android phone and it used a Mac user agent in desktop mode browsing. I since changed the user agent though and you can change which platform(s) you want your purchases registered for afterwards on their site.

Already had Gunpoint on Linux (so no, it's not a debut), but this one's pretty much a great buy for me, since I have no other games in it, and ALL of them are on Linux!
Bye bye wallet tears!

The only game I don't already own is Gunpoint, so I'll wait until next week to see if it's worth a punt (when the other games are announced).

Luftrausers is superb. And while it's not for everyone, I loved Gone Home too.

Gone Home is more of a movie experience than a game experience. It's a creepy mystery solver (and hell yeah, I left every damn light on) where you have to care more about the people involved than completing the game. I loved it, and when I get home to my parents next month I do believe I will sit my dad through it. But yeah, not for everyone, some people speed run the thing in 7 minutes and complain that it was short.

I own everything except Gunpoint and Luftrausers. Well, and Prison Architect too. I was going to go for it anyway but then I remembered your rant about this particular game, so I'm also waiting till next Tuesday to finally decide.

Well, yeah, but take that rant within the context of which I ranted it - Alpha 13 or 14 maybe. It's (hopefully) come a long way since then.

I know, I know. :P

It's just that I was a bit disappointed at how many games I already own from this bundle (I bought SteamWorld Dig this very Monday, but it was heavily discounted so it's OK).
