New Humble Weekly Bundle (5 Linux Games Out Of 7)

By -
A new Humble Weekly Bundle has just been released.

Out of the 7 games, 5 are available on Linux:
- World of Goo
- Dungeons of Dredmor
(For 6$ and more)
- Amnesia: The Dark Descent
- AI War: Fleet Command (with 3 DLC)
- Teleglitch: Die Mor Edition (with the Guns and Tunes DLC)

Only two don't support Linux! AI War was only recently ported too!

Good deal? Bad deal? What do you think folks?

I find it funny how Mac and Linux have higher average purchases than Windows, even though their users have less games available in the Bundle

QuoteAverage Windows: $2.77
Average Mac: $4.26
Average Linux: $4.83

Finally! They've been terrible with multi-platform support lately.

Strange! DRM free WoG had been in previous bundles twice or thrice and now they offer it only for Steam???

This is so typical. Linux users support a platform rabidly and loyally, promote it loudly, and then the platform abandons us. Humble Bundle, eeePC, Dell OEM Ubuntu machines, Scratch... I bought every Humble Bundle release when they were staunchly cross-platform, but lately they have not bothered. Such a pity.

This latest release is nice for being semi-cross platform, but I'd like to see more effort from them before I fall back into throwing my money at them.

I am rather doubtful that there are many people on here who do not already own it though.

I have not purchased a HB for a while... there simply hasn't been anything Ive wanted to spend $$ on. I admit that I am not much of an indie gamer though, and the big name game bundles are far and few between or I already have the games. I have such a backlog of games, I am having more fun waiting for the ones I have not played getting ported to linux and playing them on it than buying new ones :D Trine and The Witcher are both games I have owned but never played til they came to linux.

Out of the games in this latest bundle the only one I don't have is Armaggedon Empires & it's Windows only. No sale here again.
