Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut is the standalone and reworked version of Shadowrun: Dragonfall with new missions, a revamped combat system and more.

I've only played Shadowrun Returns and haven't even touched the Dragonfall expansion, so getting a standalone edition that has been reworked has worked out in my favour. The first game was really quite good, and this new edition looks even better. It already has some pretty glowing reviews, so it looks like a good buy!

What's new exactly?
Five All-New Missions
Revamped Combat System
Redesigned Interface
Customize Your Team
Ten New Pieces of Original Music
The Complete Dragonfall Soundtrack
Steam Achievements!
Steam Trading Cards - collect your favorite Dragonfall characters
All-new alternate endings to the main campaign
Enhanced visual effects including splatter and dismemberment, improved animations, and optional post-processing effects
New bioware augmentations provide an extra edge on the battlefield… if you’ve got the nuyen
A variety of new items, cyberware & spells
Additional player customization options
Expanded character development for several side characters
Writing and design tweaks and polish throughout!

Are you going to get it? Grab it from GOG, Humble, or Steam.

It's free to anyone who owned the DLC, so that's awesome too.

MAN MEETS MAGIC & MACHINE. In 2012, magic returned to our world, awakening powerful creatures of myth and legend. Among them was the Great Dragon Feuerschwinge, who emerged without warning from the mountains of Germany unleashing fire, death, and untold destruction across the countryside. It took German forces nearly four months to finally shoot her down - and when they finally did, the event became known as the Dragonfall. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Ugh, just installed this and it won't run. Won't even pass the "Preparing to run" screen in Steam.
