Win A Copy Of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

By -
tagline-image
Surprise! Hello everyone it's been a while since I wrote anything here, so how about a chance to win some Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel keys?

The keys are Steam-only of course, and we have five keys to give-away to lucky Linux gamers that fancy their chances. These keys should be pre-order keys as well, so they should come with the Shock Drop DLC, but apologies in advanced if there is a mix-up and they turn out to be normal keys.

Shutup already, how do I win?
Simple, you need to reply to this article telling us how much you love GamingOnLinux & Aspyr Media.

Four keys can be won this way, but the last key will be given away by Samsai in tomorrow's Live Stream, so look out for that too! Be sure to follow us on Twitch and look out around 5PM UTC tomorrow for the extra key in the Stream from Samsai.

I will pick the winners around Monday/Tuesday evening UTC.

Personal note: This doesn't mean I am returning to write yet that has not been decided by myself. A key give-away is a good starting point though I am sure you will agree! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Whoops.

Totally forgot about GOL in all my praise towards Aspyr Media. :)

GOL is, of course, the best non-Windows gaming source out there. You guys write great articles (thanks for posting a news-piece about Platinum Arts Sandbox, btw. My colleagues loved it), the community is friendly and constructive and the bare bone's design of GOL itself simply rocks.

Rock on!

Gaming on Linux has been my only source for Linux gaming news...and Aspyr has been one of my favorites since before even KDE or Ubuntu (running on KUBUNTU) was even a gaming option ;-)

When I bought my laptop, the salesman said it's not good for gaming (Intel integrated video). After 100+ hours on Borderlands 2 on linux, I think he was wrong. You are awesome!

GOL, indie games, and Linux are what got me back into gaming :) I used to be a console kiddy, but my interest had waned. However, in the Linux/indie world things are always moving, and it was a small enough community that I felt significant in my involvement. And I would've never been able to keep up if not for GOL, I'm really glad the site is still around :D

I'm also really digging Aspyr! It's great to have such a great company to provide us games. They do solid work and actually (*gasp*) talk with their community. Like GOG, they've learned the best way to get loyal customers is to turn them into fans; mission accomplished :)

Both are at the top of their game in regards to doing a great service to Linux!!

What would we do without ya's??!! ;-)

Of course I love GOL, check it every day! I love Aspyr too - just wish we knew what their secret project was, it is driving me crazy not knowing! Crazy!

It's great to see how Aspyr is bringing AAA titles to Linux and they promised new titles in the future! GOL is my go to website to stay upto date on all my Linux gaming news needs ;-D

I have been searching on the web for this kind of stuff, game on linux, that is pretty amazing how simple this webpage and the work of dev making games avaible for linux and open more for multiplataform.
This make more easy to me found two things that I found anything relative to linux as gamer also as developer of software that I'm, when I just chill out look for this webpage or enjoy the games taht Asypr made avaible to us.
Thanks a lot!.

You see what you and the guys have built here, Liam? Look at this response! Surely this must weight far, far more than some sour individuals over at an entirely different site.

Keep writing for the good cause, buddy. And just stay focused on that.

GamingOnLinux has been a nice news source for getting the latest Linux information and for some of the interviews here. Aspyr has been great with Borderlands 2 and Civ 5 and can't wait to see what happens with them next.

Well now that I have made the full-time jump to Ubuntu, GamingOnLinux and Aspyr Media have me completely covered... GamingOnLinux is now quite literally one of my favorite gaming sites, and the world would be much more dull without Aspyr Media.

It's fantastic to see such devotion from Aspyr Media towards Linux-based operating systems, particular when "the cool kids" are often shunning such operating systems, and I now consider them one of my favorite publihers, whom I watch closely for every new release!

Keep up the great work, guys!

I used to scrape IGN, Joystiq, and a few other blogs for my gaming news.. Until I discovered Gaming On Linux. Now this is the only gaming news site I check. Keep up the great work!

As for Aspyr. I am blown away by their amazing ports. It's so cool to see "AAA" titles running (and running well) on Linux.

I love GOL and Aspyr because u guys made my linux dreamz come true. Bless U All.

Aspyr Media has shown time and time again that they give out competent ports and whenever issues surface they actually solve them instead of turning the deaf ear. Giving Linux users the chance to play games like Civ V, Aspyr has ruined the time schedules of many many people.
The way Aspyr Media collects revenue is rather sad though, I wish there was a more foolproof way for them to get their paychecks at this time.
Aspyr Media, continue doing what you do and what we love! :D

And GamingOnLinux is fine too, I guess... ;)

I love Gaming on Linux for keeping us up to date on current games available for Linux. I love Aspyr for their awesome porting of games, especially Call of Duty 4 for Mac, and Borderlands 2 + TPS for Linux. Thanks for the giveaway!
aristorias Oct 30, 2014
I love gamingonlinux and aspyr media more than myself.
I'd cry if anything would harm one or both of them.
I'd jump in the bullets trajectory if someone would shoot at them.

Ill buy everything you'll ever make Aspyr (as long as you have a Linux version). And Gamingonlinux is the best linux games site since linuxgames.com itself started going a bit quiet.

Youre both a credit to our wonderful scene and ive given you both money for the privilege.
