Win A Copy Of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

By -
tagline-image
Surprise! Hello everyone it's been a while since I wrote anything here, so how about a chance to win some Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel keys?

The keys are Steam-only of course, and we have five keys to give-away to lucky Linux gamers that fancy their chances. These keys should be pre-order keys as well, so they should come with the Shock Drop DLC, but apologies in advanced if there is a mix-up and they turn out to be normal keys.

Shutup already, how do I win?
Simple, you need to reply to this article telling us how much you love GamingOnLinux & Aspyr Media.

Four keys can be won this way, but the last key will be given away by Samsai in tomorrow's Live Stream, so look out for that too! Be sure to follow us on Twitch and look out around 5PM UTC tomorrow for the extra key in the Stream from Samsai.

I will pick the winners around Monday/Tuesday evening UTC.

Personal note: This doesn't mean I am returning to write yet that has not been decided by myself. A key give-away is a good starting point though I am sure you will agree! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Aspyr delivers and GoL caters. The Linux gaming meal would never be so tasty without you!

You guys get a lot of the Linux news out before everyone else, and despite the fact that things get rocky once in a while, you always bounce back. Keep up the good work.

As for Aspyr, they are doing Linux gamers a huge service by running into the fray with good, solid ports, and of course excellent customer relations. They are constantly getting involved in discussions with the community, and are very respectful. Another added bonus point for them is the fact that they actually listen to constructive criticism.

Linux gamers... unite! Vive le revolution!

I love you guys way toooo much! My wallet keeps telling me to stop loving GoL and Aspyr. Yesterday it said to me "It's ether those guys or me! I'm leaving you if you keep this up..."

;) Welcome back and keep up the good work!

I can't really say I "love" either or. When you love a business and they start to treat you badly because people "love" for what they did in the past and that can disappoint you. Ubisoft is a good example, but I don't hate either as well.

What I do love is good merits and I like to do whatever I can to reward good merits and vote with my wallet and tell them "As long as you keep up your merits and I have money to spare, you'll be rewarded" and a bigger insult to a company that has bad merits than piracy is to tell them "This product of yours had merits that are so bad, your software/media isn't worth my bandwidth, time nor electricity used to power my computer... Let alone my money".

Whilst I'm not a "GOL Supporter", I don't think I can spare the $48 a year. However, I don't have any adblock installed at all. I may not explained how much I "love" GOL or Aspyr, but I felt like this needed to be said and if I get the game for my honesty or not get the game at all for because I didn't say how much I "love" GOL and Aspyr or whatever reason, so be it. What I have to say is more important than some game.

Postscript: On an unrelated note, I hope Liam becomes more active again. I don't want drama to stop his contributions.

I love GamingOnLinux. (To be completely honest I didn't sign up until this event but no longer anonymous. Hooray!). You guys would send email to developers who would actually take the time to reply and talk about the status of their games. You guys helped me to show other people that gaming on linux is a thing that happens. I enjoyed the discussions on here as the community tended to be very polite even when disagreements occurred. This site is just great.

Also Aspyr is just absolutely incredible. Their ports are amazing and I cannot give enough praise for all of their efforts. I wait until their port is released before I purchase it on steam and play it same day to make sure they get credit for the purchase. They can just take all my money now for their future linux ports. I also love how they support even intel HD hardware (i.e. no graphics card). I can just go on and on about how great their work is and how it enables me to play on the system I love. I applaud them for all of their efforts. Thanks Aspyr!

Also thanks GoL for doing sweet giveaways! Also appreciated.
