Surprise! Hello everyone it's been a while since I wrote anything here, so how about a chance to win some Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel keys?
The keys are Steam-only of course, and we have five keys to give-away to lucky Linux gamers that fancy their chances. These keys should be pre-order keys as well, so they should come with the Shock Drop DLC, but apologies in advanced if there is a mix-up and they turn out to be normal keys.
Shutup already, how do I win?
Simple, you need to reply to this article telling us how much you love GamingOnLinux & Aspyr Media.
Four keys can be won this way, but the last key will be given away by Samsai in tomorrow's Live Stream, so look out for that too! Be sure to follow us on Twitch and look out around 5PM UTC tomorrow for the extra key in the Stream from Samsai.
I will pick the winners around Monday/Tuesday evening UTC.
Personal note: This doesn't mean I am returning to write yet that has not been decided by myself. A key give-away is a good starting point though I am sure you will agree!
Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
Aspyr is responsible for porting two of my favorite games, XCOM and Civ V, so I'm very thankful for them for that alone. Moreover, their commitment to quality ports is something every publisher and developer should aspire (:P) to.
And GOL... What to say about you guys? Many times I have tried to find other news sources about Linux gaming, but I'm yet to find anything that comes even close to what GOL offers. It's pretty hard to find a website about anything that can combine frequent posting without letting go of quality, but somehow you manage that. Keep up the awesome work!

Really love Aspyr, great game and port of Borderlands 2. No crash nor non-trivial graphical issues (in contrast to Metro eg.). Aspyr-blair does great community work in his steam-thread, by frequent
and kind posts of information and support.
GamingonLinux you have a great layout and thanks much for the linux game sale reminder. As linux gaines obviously more and more weight in the gaming business I've set this awesome site as start page.
Things go in the right direction: Love it!
PS: The livestream was awesome (We 14+2 know why

You know Liam, I would gladly tell you how much I love GOL, what you've done for it and for us, and how much I love Aspyr.
Except there are, in fact, no words to express it. :)

Hi Liam !
That's indeed a good starting point toward a return !
I consult gamingonlinux.com on a daily basis : there are some great articles, tips, video casts, etc... The community here is great, we can have some good discussions. I miss your articles and your zeroday coverage, Liam :)
About Aspyr, now : Thank you, and thank you again for bringing us good games to run on our beloved Tux kernel :)
Your ports runs really well, you are quick to respond on the steam forums (I am patiently waiting for split screen co-op in BL. I just have one remark : You don't port games fast enough !
What ? Ah, never mind : You port games faster than I finish them :D
So, while I am still finishing BL2, I would really like to add this "pre-sequel" to my game list, to play online with my friends (or splitscreen, who knows ?).
