The Wine Development Release 1.7.32 Is Now Available.

Wine development team was able to produce a new experimental release today. 1.7.32 bringing many new features and as many as 46 bugfixes.

A new issue of World Wine News is also available: #380

The few most interesting features introduced in this release:
  • New version of the Mono engine.
  • A few more functions implemented in MSHTML.
  • Improved support for restoring display mode.
  • Font metrics improvements in DirectWrite.
  • Various bug fixes.

Are there more details about "Improved support for restoring display mode" ? It would be nice if it meant that Wine now restores the screen res when a low res fullscreen game crashes.

wait what? this issue has been fixed long time ago.. when they updated the xrandr support in wine
havent had this issue for years imo... this was fixed i believe somewhere in wine 1.5.x something

I avoid Fullscreen like the plague because WINE messes up my resolution regularly on Ubuntu 14.04
