This is mighty interesting, just before GDC next week, a new app bundle has appeared on SteamDB comprised almost entirely of Linux games, the only games that aren't on Linux are Shadow of Mordor and Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition.
The previous Guacamelee! "Gold" edition does have a Linux version, so it's not out of the realm of possibility for this game to come over either. Although, this game came to Linux thanks to a Humble Bundle, so who knows, maybe it's another Humble Bundle to come, we have seen leaks about new Humble Bundles thanks to SteamDB before, so it's certainly possible.
The SteamDB sub can be found here "Steam Sub 61756", and you can see a list of games. Safe to say it really caught my eye spotting Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.
This could be nothing, but it could also be something wonderful. We know how easily some developers have accidentally hit a switch to give us hope for a Linux version, but they had to be manually set as a game for this app bundle, so while purely speculative, it could signify they will come to Linux.
There’s no other indication to say they are coming to Linux other than this, so it’s not a lot to go on by itself sadly, so here’s to hoping.
We have no idea what this app bundle is for, as it hasn't gained an official name other than the numbered designation of Steam Sub 61756.
With GDC going on next week (crap, it’s come so quickly!) we may see more game hints appearing, and it has me very excited.
I personally played Mordor on the Playstation 4 a while ago, and it’s an excellent game, so if it really is coming to Linux you can be sure we will take a proper look at it.

Well, Steam Big Picture has been out way before SteamOS so I'm not sure the games in the screenshots are really chosen in relation to the OS.
But I don't see which screenshot you're talking about with Payday 2 so I'm not really sure what to think. ;)
EDIT: oh, never mind, Privacy Badger was hiding the picture in the post, now I see it. Anyway, I'm not really much convinced as Overkill hasn't been very Linux-friendly. Would love to see Payday 2 on Linux, of course.
But I don't see which screenshot you're talking about with Payday 2 so I'm not really sure what to think. ;)
EDIT: oh, never mind, Privacy Badger was hiding the picture in the post, now I see it. Anyway, I'm not really much convinced as Overkill hasn't been very Linux-friendly. Would love to see Payday 2 on Linux, of course.

opera might be onto something. The icon in the dropdown menu next to "Games I Can Play" is for SteamOS.

I wouldn't say I'm sure...but in SteamOS, I *think* that's the icon that indicates it's a game that works in SteamOS.

I was looking forward to see Divinity Original Sin at GDC but I dont think this will happen so that means the developers are far away from releasing the game to Linux so I expect it either summer or at the end of 2015 :( :(

This will happen and its been obvious if you pay attention. Same procedure happened with Civ 5. Why would they show a Steam icon for games I can play? Unless it pertains to games I can play on SteamOS. Oh and the screenshots on a SteamOS blog. And its WB as the publisher which means 3 games already on Linux including AAA title Dying Light.
If you are doubtful or cant put the clues together I feel sorry for you cuz its an exciting time for SteamOS and Linux. Thank you based Valve, Linux gaming needs Valve to suceed its our only chance to have AAA games on Linux today.

I'm probably going way out on a limb here, but we might as well ride this hype train as far as it will take us.
Shadow of Mordor uses a modified version of Monolith's Lithtech Jupiter EX engine. It is conceivable that Monolith could port the engine to Linux. After all, it wouldn't be the first time.
Monolith is a subsidiary of WB, so if the engine were ported, we could possibly see even more games that use the engine ported as well. It might be a long shot, but we're all smoking optimism on this hype train. Right?

So I went and checked this just to be sure and no you're incorrect. The icon only shows up for Linux/SteamOS supported games in Big Picture mode. Windows icon is a Windows flag not a Steam Icon.
