Feral Interactive Are Teasing Us, Again

By -
Feral Interactive are teasing us with a picture somehow related to an unannounced Linux and Mac port.

A promise is a promise! Here’s a cryptic teaser for an unannounced Mac/Linux game. It’s tricky. Real tricky. Enjoy! pic.twitter.com/ISo6WW3zWW

They did add a new game to their feral radar recently, and we believe that it's Alien: Isolation.

It's not clear if this new teaser is about that same unannounced radar signal, or another new unannounced port.

Personally, I think it's great that they tease us, but they still have to deliver on Shadow of Mordor yet. We are a patient bunch though, and whatever it is, it will be awesome I'm sure. If Feral could release Mordor before the end of July, that would be a swell birthday present for me, hint hint.

What say you gamers? What do you think this new teaser is for? A google reverse image search claims it's to do with "Islamic Golden Age". Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Quoting: FredOFeral already know what they are porting here.

That would be a fun twist.

Everyone: So what game are you even teasing here?
Feral: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I believe the actual game is the free-to-play title "Guess the Feral Tease" with a micro-transaction system where you can buy clues.

Cept I can't afford clues at the moment. I shall remain clueless until further notice.

( on a slightly more serious note, some release news for any of Feral's current anticipated titles would be dandy right about now)

I would say it's Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. Why? Because I have no idea and I want to play it natively on Linux.

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Trilogy would be awesome or the AC Ezio Trilogy but I don't think that is it.

Quoting: ellieferal... One of you was getting sooooo close to unravelling the clue yesterday...

If you meant this post:

Not so weird... The author of the Necronomicon is the mad Arab, Abdul Alhazred, after all.....

It might refer to H.P Lovecraft. Some of his horror stories are about Cthulhu, so maybe it is "Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth" which would be a real gem for Linux gamers.

PS.: if it is "Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth" please get rid of some bugs :P

This has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen. :D

...So I'm personally not ridiculously good at figuring these things out, so even after the game was released and you confirmed this I still don't get it. I need an explanation..

(although I've not dug too deep into the game, I fear it wouldn't run well enough on my setup and I don't want to tease myself too much)
