Well now, this is unexpected. It seems we may be getting quite a few of the Saints Row games, as Saints Row: The Third is showing signs of coming to Linux.
Like with the second game, this info comes from SteamDB:

Obviously it's still unconfirmed, but with this now on the second and third Saints Row, it looks like it's no accident.
As usual, we urge you not to buy it until release. This way you can be sure you count as a Linux sale, and just in case the port doesn't actually surface.

Virtual Programming removed Saints Row 2 & 3 form its website weeks ago. No mention of Saints Row 4 but it make sense.
I hope it will be released before the end of the year. At least Saints Row 4.

I'm very much looking forward to saints row the third on linux. It's one of my favorites. Just so funny and down right fun.
Saints Row IV is already linux supported. 2 and 3 should be soon.
To clear up a few things I've seen in this post. I know linux users really enjoy over-complicating everything lol
1. You do not need a second account for linux. You can use the same account on winblows, mac, and/or linux.
Steam does not care one bit which os you use or how many installations you have. I have steam on 3 pc's and one dual boots win10 and linux mint17.
2. You do not have to repurchase. Any game you've purchased on windows that adds linux support you can download and play with ZERO additional cost. Steam is very nice that when you own a game you can download as many times as you want, and play on any os supported. You can now even share your games with friends and family. (note only one person can play the game at a time this way). btw I love seeing new install options pop up for linux. Like saints row 4 and arma 3!
3. Steam DRM is so unobtrusive and flexible. You wont even know it's there. Also unlike EVERY other DRM options out there, you can still play most of your games "offline mode". As long the steam app knows you have a legal copy at some point, steam servers can go down or you lose internet access, you can still play!
Steam has gone to great lengths to make DRM as painless as possible. They listen to their customers and provide multiple servers to handle drm and updating. Unlike other notorious drm applications that lock you out if you can't connect and/or log in.... *cough* Origin...
