I'm always a bit iffy about posting online indie games, as niche games like this never usually have a big online following. I always like to cover games when I can though, and Goggles is certainly interesting. I say interesting because I really do like vehicle combat games!

My thoughts
Sadly, there's never anyone online when I try to play it. The single player is pretty much the same as the online play too, so there's not really too much point in grabbing this unless you're actually planning to play with friends in all honesty.

Also, performance is absolutely terrible right now. I have a powerful GPU and CPU and the FPS is so low it's unplayable for me. I tried a game just now and I was getting 20FPS and below, the first time it loaded to a black screen so it's not looking good.

I really tried to give it a go to get a feel for it, so I could tell you to really get it and hope for the best. It just performs so badly that it's painful.

Final thoughts: Right now I think it's unplayable, and it never has anyone online. I consider it one to avoid.

About the game
Goggles is an online coop arena shooter for up to four players. You can play as one of four different characters, namely Quentin, Frank, Tesla or Jerne. Each character comes with a unique set of weapons, vehicle and special abilities.
Story

The story of Goggles takes place in the world of Vaporia, a steampunk society that is run by the global company Fumare Tech.
Almost every aspect of life in Vaporia is mechanized. You can find automatons everywhere. Some of them are very small and just roam the streets to keep them clean, others are bigger than houses and are used to build and construct the ever growing cities of Vaporia.
