As new releases are a little light today, and I'm really rather tired it's question time. What has been your biggest let down from a Linux game this year?
Mine is a little controversial, as my personal pick is Dying Light. Now, if you remember from a previous review I liked the general gameplay, but I'm still completely stung by just how terrible the ending is. I can't remember a game that had me so annoyed at the ending it's unreal. It still crashes often too, and with so little communication about patches for it and future performance fixes it's still on my naughty list. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

The only one I haven't even got to play, Raven's Cry. I heard the game was just bad in general, but never even got to check that. I seen somewhere it was an AMD problem. The first and so far only game that I have ever gotten a refund on.
Oh yeah, and Divinity... kinda wanted to play that game... months ago :P

Not sure this counts as the game was originally released earlier for Windows, but 'we' got it this year:
Bioshock Infinite. Don't know I just can't get all the hype, maybe I don't understand it, maybe I can't immerse myself in the world completely, but it just feels like a bland, generic shooter. Entering one arena after another and shooting the baddies, then repeat ad infinitum.
Nice to have the game on linux, absolutely, but I think Bioshock 2 was better both in terms of game mechanics and its ability to produce great atmosphere.

Another one disappointed with Witcher 3 delay (even though I haven't played W2 yet, but still).
Dying Light is GOTY for me. Yes, the ending is lackluster, but pretty much everything else is pretty great.
[edit] also, 60h played and not a single crash.

Not a game from this year but this is the first year I've tried on Linux: Dungeon Defenders. The mouse sensitivity is broken so you are forced to either in play bird's eye view or with a gamepad.
