Well this one caught me by surprise, F1 2015 looks like it may actually come to Linux & SteamOS which will give us another more realistic racing game.
You can see the big entry on SteamDB where Linux and Mac content is being added.
Quotelaunch/5/config/oslist: linux
launch/5/executable: f12015.sh
launch/5/type: none
While it is a major game, it has "Mostly Negative" reviews on Steam. It sounds like it's a pretty buggy game, so if whoever is doing the Linux version manages to fix it up a bit, it could turn out to be a lot better for us. It could also be coming along with a new patch for the game overall, if so then everyone would win.

They need to port the rally games (as has already been said) but I think someone needs to hop on porting Assetto Corsa.

The game was released pretty buggy, crashing all the time. From what I have read it was fixed later with patches and now works fine. This might explain the low score.
It's one element but it's not the whole story. The game is a major setback from the predecessors and appears like a low budget rehash. Fewer game modes, worse handling, lifeless graphics, loads of glitches.
One argument for this release could of course be that we Linux gamers don't have much else to choose from, as opposed to the console and Windows reviewers. But I still don't think we should support bad games just cause they are ported to us. Good games, yes, I buy'em even if they strictly speaking are not that aligned with my preferences. But bad games? Nope.
