Update: My email was answered, and they said it should now be fixed:

Oh Techland, if Dying Light wasn't one of our very few open world games I would probably like you a lot less. You might be wondering why I am being rather blunt, well, their latest patch for Dying Light has removed everyone's heads on Linux.
They don't have the best history with Dying Light, and now even more so. I wonder how long they will leave it in this state. I have of course sent their twitter accounts a message about this.
I have also emailed it to my Techland contact.

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
I'm surprised the port even works half the time, it feels like it's held together with sticky tape, same with Dead Island. I had the problem where I'd "open" the doors of certain cupboards, and only the handles would move instead of the doors. There was one hilarious moment where a cupboard was supposed to reveal a hiding person, and then spent 5 mins conversing with some oak-coloured MDF. Don't even get me started on Dead Island.
Enjoyed the game thoroughly though, despite it's graphical weirdness and uninspiring story. Let's just hope this enhanced edition and DLC don't make all the zombies black cubes or something :P.
EDIT: Also, the reason I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt is that they've been on the platform for about a year now and pretty sure Dying Light was the first AAA game to have day 1 support for Linux (correct me if I'm wrong). They may be pretty spazzy sometimes, but show good initiative. Giving everyone a big free upgrade next month is pretty damn cool too considering most games nowadays would sell you their own mother in DLC form if it meant an extra buck.

@LIAM, I have the same issues also in previous patch! I use AMD GPU with Catalyst driver. So they not broken it in this new patch but in one previous.

This looks really funny. Waiting for a game where all ppl are headless and 'transparent' :D

It was not a problem for Nvidia until now.

It's not a bug, it's a feature!
