I will try not to do this too often, but since the month is coming to a close if you haven't done so already, please consider supporting me on Patreon.

Note: Patreon doesn't take any payments until around the 1st of each month.
Example: You pledge on the 5th of March, your payment is taken around the 1st of April.

You can pledge any amount you want from $1 to $whatever. You don't have to pledge for any rewards.

It keeps me and the website alive. I would be nothing without your support that's for sure!

To those that already have: Thank you!

If you can't: It's cool, don't worry about it :)

Thank you to all the other editors for their work, and big thanks to Levi for keeping the server running smoothly!

And a final thank you to the community for being so supportive. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Whether you have pledged or not, you can still help by clicking the 'Share' button on the Patreon page to let your friends and others know about it!

Hi, Liam. If I remember correctly, you said that you are doing this to see if it is actually viable to run this website as a full time job. Now that the month is coming to an end, what are your thoughts? Is it going according to your expectations?

And a practical question, how do your rewards on Patreon work? How do you know it is the same person on both websites?

I think you are doing an awesome and unique job, and I wish you best of luck. I highly recommend everybody to support you.

Thanks for the kind words.

I would say I'm really happy with how it is going. Too early to say if it will be a success or not (payments dont start until the start of each month).

As for rewards, the current one is quite simple. I can match up usernames and emails to those on GOL, if not I will message people.

Will look to add other rewards when we can come up with cost effective interesting stuff for people.

I don't need a reminder, Patreon charges me automagically each month :P

Cheers, Boss ^_^

I'd love to help you , but my country is going through a hard time, you know, third world problems. It's complicated...

If there was any other way, either discrete ads or views on YouTube, would be happy to give some daily clicks.

No worries dude, it's okay to not be able to :)

If people can't, simply sharing links to the website and our news across your favourite websites helps too :)

To be honest I would say don't add to much rewards. In my experience this can be contra productive. Just a tip. I'm also now a little patron of yours.. Not much but I have already other open source projects I support monthly ;)

Keep it up guys.

I just pushed you over $400 :) I don't get a chance to game a lot these days but you have been running a high quality site for a long time now and you were one of the only sites to share my Mesa drivers crowdfunding effort back in 2013 [1]

I hope your site continues to grow its a great Linux resource.

5oo USD seems like a very modest donation goal to me. Her in germany I'd start doing this as a full time job (studying computer since) with a reached goal of ~800 €. Still I don't know where you're from so it might be very good like that allready. :)

Thanks for keeping up the good work! If you go full time and I do have some bug's left I'm happy to donate. Atm I still have to figure out how to pay my own bills. :/

Please do keep in mind that a few high quality articles are much better then plenty mid quality ones. Quality beats quantity! ;)
