Parkitect is already a pretty fun game, and it certainly feels like an evolution from the classic Theme Park. It already supports Linux, and it's coming to Steam Early Access on May 5th.

The current price will be bumped from $15 to $17.99, so now is probably a good time to buy it if you want to save a few.

For anyone who owns it now, a big update will be released just before it hits Steam so there's that to look forward to.

They also released pre-alpha 9 recently, which fixes graphical issues introduced by a Unity bug—yay!

You can see their announcement on it here.

About the game (Official)
Parkitect is a business simulation game where you must build a successful theme park.

Build the theme park of your dreams, and keep it running! Meticulously design that newest roller coaster, place the rides where you want them to be, and construct scenic structures and objects to make the park beautiful. Let your creativity shine, and when you're finished share it with the world! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Quoting: GuestWaited for it. Will an activated key from the website count as an Linux sale? after playing it on Linux on the first week?
You don't need to worry about that, they use Humble Store for their keys at the moment, it's as good as any store.
