Ethan Lee, otherwise known as flibitijibibo spoke at MAGFest 2016, and the youtube video is now available for your viewing pleasure.

I love seeing developers talk about Linux/SteamOS at events. It's also great to put a face to the name with Ethan who is responsible for a growing number of great Linux ports.

Quoting: Guesti am really shocked that blizzard has not had someone port wow to linux seeing how big it is,i mean cmon that is a no brainer

Maybe Feral or Aspyr should get in there with a proposal?

Quoting: Guest9:10 This is some thing I have realised recently.
Every where I look, forums, reddit, even in word chat on WoW, I notice that most users want to switch, or at least try Linux but can't because their favorite piece of software or game is only on Windows.

Absolutely agreed. So many, many! It's either a game holding them back, or a proprietary application (like Photoshop).

If I remember correctly, they don't even need to, as they've had an internal Linux client for years. I don't remember the source though.
