Oh boy, not long after the release of Tomb Raider and Feral Interactive have started teasing a new port again.
In the "Soon" section of their port radar is this new teaser:
Begin the guessing game again folks, you're way smarter than I am at this detective work!
It's in the "Soon" section, so it could be a few months away yet. They still have two Linux/Mac titles in the "Very Soon" section they haven't yet confirmed the name of, so it's quite exciting.
Their last port does have some performance issues, so hopefully they aren't being overworked and moving to rush out ports. I have been greatly enjoying Tomb Raider myself even with the big FPS drops, but a tasty performance patch would be rather welcome. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

They are porting Ubuntu (djembé is an african instrument) to Windows 10 (a spacious window in which you watch the sky) with half the performance... oh, wait! :P

With the "Jemba Inertia Notes System" and "Pike's peak" answers, Dirt Rally looks like the one. Good detective work gentlemen.
Time to get back to Tomb Raider then...
Edit: I haven't played a Rally game since Richard Burns, so if it is Dirt Rally then awesome!

No worries, we'll release a patch for Tomb Raider before we put out this mysterious new title. (Whatever it is.) :)

-Personally- I totally agree with you. I couldn't care less if a game only runs with 50 FPS in Linux but would run with 100 FPS in Windows. What matters to me is that it runs in Linux at all.
But this is not how a mainstream gamer thinks. These people fork out hundreds of dollars for graphics cards more expensive than the rest of their PCs just to make a game run with 110 FPS rather than 100, pointless as it might be. You won't be able to convince them to switch to Linux as long as they get even minimal better performance in Windows. But if we want to see more AAA games on Linux and more developers supporting it, getting more attractive for mainstream gamers is what needs to be done.
