I have to admit, I hadn't heard of Oxenfree until I saw it pop up in my twitter feed as it was retweeted by some excited fans. It seems the developers have been working away and it will come to Linux.

I love games that have a rich story and the trailer certainly makes it look cool. The graphics look really sweet too, even though they are quite simple it has a really nice style to it.

Speaking on their Steam forum they said this:

QuoteAs some of you may already know, the team here at Night School Studio has been working the last few months on a big NewGame+ update for all platforms and a simultaneous Playstation 4 release. Now that we are wrapping up these parts of project, we can get started on other fixes/ports/updates.

So with all that said, I'm glad to tell you all we have we have officially started working on a Linux port of Oxenfree! Thank you all for your patience, and we hope to have more for you soon.

I had seen this when it was released for Windows, and it looked interesting was hoping it would come to Linux, definitely going to buy. Could of missed it if I hadn't seen your post going to wishlist now.

it seems interactive with players instead of just "controllers + game" 1 step more interesting then STATIS

Give the porter more energy drinks, my credit card is burning a hole in my pocket!

Great game. I compare it to Firewatch in that both games have great dialogue (Firewatch's dialogue is better) and at the beginning seem like they're going to go somewhere really cool. The difference is that Firewatch fails to go somewhere cool and falls flat at the end whereas Oxenfree absolutely goes somewhere completely ****ing bonkers.

I tried coding while drunk once. It did not go well.

Anyway, the game looks great. Definitely going on my wishlist.
