I have early access to Stellaris, and while I am saving my thoughts and review on it for release you can now view the video from the Twitch livestream last night on Youtube.

This wasn't at all planned due to booting it up as soon as I was given access.

It seems the email client I was using back when I originally requested a copy ate the email. A quick tweet to the lovely folks at Paradox last night and monents later I was given access.

I will do another livestream tonight on our official GOL Twitch channel sometime after Samsai does his awesome weekly stream.

Enjoy! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I also pre-ordered after the livestream. First pre-order ever, then again Paradox (the devs, not necessarily the publishers) have proven themselves time and again with linux support. I already own EUIV and CKII.

Crusader Kings II was one of the first games I bought for Linux shortly after Steam for Linux was officially launched. Paradox quickly became one of my favorite developers.

Is this running on their own engine or is this just Unity?

I broke my no pre-order rules for this game; this will be the first pre-order in 3+ years. Still I know Paradox will deliver a great quality game. Still... May shame fall upon me for breaking my own rules.

Same, I had it on pre-order even before Paradox provided me access.
