What are you playing this weekend?

By -
It's the weekend already? Oh goodie! Time to dust off that game collection you've been neglecting due to work, school, family or whatever. Tell me what you're playing and what you think to it.

I am going to be playing a mixture of different games, but I am looking forward to properly diving back into XCOM 2 tonight which I have sadly let collect e-dust on Steam while I've been so busy with everything else.

XCOM 2 is just such a cracking time sink and all around great strategy game, love it.

I will also be playing Ballistic Overkill with the IRC crew tonight, so come join the fun. Might even livestream it so keep an eye on our Twitch to watch the silliness. Warning: We use rather colourful language when playing games online together. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Still playing through classic Doom 3 using the dhewm3 source port. Just got myself into Delta Labs.

Most of my gaming has been slowed due to time constraints unfortunately. :(

I may work a bit more on my XCOM 2 run too, then probably some Team Fortresss 2, FTL, then who knows…maybe give Parkitect another spin, or something by Paradox…

I played some Skullgirls with my now supported (since Linux 4.6) MadCatz FightStick TE2 (I sent a patch to add the PID/VIDs for the stick to the xpad.c Linux driver). Tomorrow I won't have time to play further anymore though since I am going on a one-day trip.

Gave [Gladiabots](https://gfx47.itch.io/gladiabots) a try and it was a blast! And while I was finishing up the last missions of the alpha, the author announced multiplayer is working now.

Spent the rest of the week replaying The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past in ZSNES. Just stopped at the mega bomb, close to the end. Next up will be Twilight Princess in Dolphin, then Wind Waker HD and Skyward Sword on Wii U. Most probably Link's Awakening and Hour Glass after that. Keeping my Zelda skills up in preparation for Breath of the Wild next year ;)
