It's a pretty advanced title built with Unreal Engine 4 and using NVIDIA GameWorks including NVIDIA PhysX Destruction, NVIDIA FleX, NVIDIA Flow and NVIDIA HairWorks.
Pretty nice to see this, hopefully it will be under a decent license. I also hope this means it allow allow a Linux version and when that happens it would be nice to see the Linux version on Steam too.
Still, we need the HTC Vive to actually support Linux like it was promised right up until release day.

This one is just a tech demo.
I just downloaded it today and tried. It's nice to show whats possible with VR.

Elite: Dangerous is fantastic on the Vive, as is Project Cars. There aren't many that are fully native, but Minecraft has a Vive mod that is fantastic (if you're into that) and Legends of Dungeon is really awesome in VR.
We're getting there though, Raw Data was released today, and while Brookhaven Experiment is just a wave based game, it is pretty fun.

Small correction: The HTC Vive was also promising Linux support after release day. I haven't checked the order page in a while, so I don't know what the promise is currently.

It actually supports normal movement as well, but it's quite a bit more vomit worthy. Good test if it'll make you yack or not is Windlands. It gave me more of a 'holy crap, I'm flying... and falling' feeling than 'if you're going to spew, spew into this' feeling.

The shitty thing here is that once SteamVR is working on Linux, we'll still have to claw our way for support in the software releases. Niche of a Niche... though I think if they can show that UE4 and Unity based software can run better/faster/less power with Vulkan and natively under Linux, we may have a decent chance of being to out lap Windows gamers. From what I've seen, probably 80% of all the games written for the Vive use UE4 or Unity, so that helps.
