It has been a little while since I asked, so let's see what you're up to. What have you been playing recently and how is it?

I tried a good bit of Starbound when it released and wow it has changed a lot. It's really quite impressive what they have built. The exploration, the awesome loot and it's just a pleasing experience.

The other main one is Stardew Valley, it utterly demolishes time in the blink of an eye and my farm is slowly coming along!

I also thoroughly enjoyed Near Death which I did on the last livestream. My failure at surviving in the cold was pretty obvious and I haven't managed to find the elusive penguin yet!

Personally, I just want to find the time to finish up Life is Strange, I still haven't managed to get some proper time to sit down and finish the last bit on it. Excited to see how it ends!

With so many games to choose from now, it does get almost frustrating at times choosing between them to play in my limited leisure time. Do you find that now too? Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I was partway through a playthrough of Day of the Tentacle but a friend started playing Shadow of Mordor which was enough excuse to get me to start another run through of that. And then apparently I was in a fantasy-enough kind of mood to start up Victor Vran, which I previously had hardly played at all. Thoroughly enjoying both!

And, of course, I look forward to getting back to Day of the Tentacle as well. :)

Edit: Oh, and I also started doing some Race The Sun again as a quick little filler game. Quite fun as usual, though it still kind of bugs me that you stop getting challenges once you reach the maximum level. I don't seem to have enough impetus to play it unless I'm working towards a specific goal.

I've only played the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on my laptop. The laptop is too weak to play anything more than 2D, and I can tolerate Civ 5 on it.

Otherwise I've beaten Pokemon Soul Silver and played more Kirby: Planet Robobot. Considering putting more time into Xenoblade Chronicles.

Dragon Age: Origins (Wine, GOG release). It's a good RPG, which reminds me of KoTOR mechanics wise, but I guess that's expected since it's made by Bioware. Never played DA games before, but I've heard Origins is the only one worth playing, and sequels all ruined it.

"Big Pharma" is the game that I'm currently playing more than any other, now alternating it with "Stardew Valley".
:D Thanks GoL!! :D

Dex: Amazing atmosphere, decent writing, pretty good game feel. Kinda reminds me of the old SNES Shadowrun game.

XCOM: Enemy Within: This game is broken. I've tried both under OpenSUSE TW and under Mint 18; whenever I finish my first mission (I'm not doing the tutorial) it crashes when I return to base. I installed Windows 10 on an older PC I have and it worked fine on there, so I just imported that save and continued under TW (and about a dozen missions later I'm not getting any crashes). I've let Feral know, so we'll see.
Apart from that, it's as much fun as always.

Nothing. I've been watching The International.

Before TI6 started I was playing Salt & Sanctuary. It's awesome.

What do you think about the endings? I like the game, but it feels they didn't work on the endings enough. Feels they were cut short of thoroughly explaining what happened.
