Oxenfree - 75% off (I've been told this is really good, so I just picked up a copy)

Well... Feral gets nothing for their Linux budget if you buy from such sites... Why do you guys embrace these kinds of practices and support people who don't support linux gaming! Either buy them from Feral Store for Linux or Steam for Linux because that's the only way that Feral gets rewarded for bringing games to Linux. If you don't want to spend so much wait for the sales on Feral store and Steam. Otherwise you're just supporting Windows gaming.

But I think that Feral's budget is still split between Mac and Linux :) and if it counts as a Mac sale they keep bringing more titles to Mac instead of Linux because it makes them more money :) Let's support them as much as we can!

For anyone who don't owe, my recommendations that were not listed in this thread so far:
- Cities: Skylines
- Don't Starve
It means - buy the game either directly from Feral store or from Steam. Never buy it from re-sellers, because they always have Windows keys. And very often they obtain keys in some illegal way. Liam covered the topic Some time ago here. G2A made some progress, but re-sellers in general is not something that makes the industry healthy. In general it is almost paying for piracy, because very often developers do not earn the money at all...
Regarding hardware too weak to play Metro but able to play Life is Strange - @morbius is right - I have the same situation as he does. Having [email protected], 10GB RAM, GeForce GT 540M = I'm able to play episode 1 of Life is Strange on low with decent frame rate. Because Metro is fast fps game similar frame rate is not enough. So the game is not playable.

I've played both Metro games and Life is Strange. If your hardware isn't good enough for the Metro games, it definitely isn't good enough for Life is Strange. Both Metro Redux games performed very well on my GTX 860M, but Life is Strange I had to turn all of the settings to low in order to play it at a decent framerate. Hope that helps :)

Don't forget to use enhanced steam to see where you can buy the game the cheapest currently. For example: mad max is currently only 6.79 on greenmangaming.

About buying only a key "when you are absolutely sure it counts as linux". Its just useless to pay more for a game only to promote linux. The percentage of linux games that actually pay attention to this way of buying is way to low to be significant. Just buy the cheapest key you can get and let valve do their own counting, currently their counting system is broken, i'm not going to pay more for that.

If everyone was thinking like you we would be forgoten already... one of the reasons why developers still produce linux games is a lot of times it's not even worth to them but they know that we are humans too and we like to play games as well so they don't want to be discriminating, and as a thanks we can try and be good to them as they are good to us, otherwise we can go back in 2010 where there were almost literally no AAA games for linux.
