Here's a way to grab Tomb Raider while supporting the porter Feral Interactive directly, it's currently dirt-cheap on the Feral store.

£4.49 for a major game like Tomb Raider until the 13th of October. It has it's issues with performance in places, sure, but since the patch it is better. I still hope they are able to push it a little more in future, but at that price it's a fantastic deal.

Could be something ideal to start your weekend with, let me know if you plan to pick it up, and what you think to it! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I've added it in now, but this wasn't even hinting at new platforms so not sure why anyone would think otherwise, it's always been on the Feral store.

This game is well worth paying the full price for it.

It's a special for Lara's 20th birthday.

I've bought it on Steam some time ago when it was already released for Linux and was for 4.99 euro on Summer sale.
Anyway, I've finished the game on PS4 and was great.
Currently one thing is bothering me - do the hair finally look nice on Linux version and do not kill the performance?

I bought it yesterday and damn it's a great game, I agree with you it's worth way more than 6€ :D I will finish it in shortest time possible, there's a lot anticipated games coming out in next 2 months, will make sure to buy them for the full price to support Feral!

And yet another question. Rise of the Tomb Raider will come to PS4 in 3 days. Any information about plans to release this game on Linux?

I am just a bit afraid of how it might perform on r600/6870. I will at the very least try to grab some family sharing access from a friend, an try it out before buying it.

With a 7870/Mesa, running the benchmark gave me 36/64/87 FPS.
I've only seen a small bit of glitching ingame in one scene so far. In saying that, I've just started with it. YMMV.

EDIT: Just restarted the game and the glitching wasn't there. Might have been a heat issue.

Panic, just finish to download it and the damn thing would start but with no display. I could hear the sound and everything but no display. Finally, tried to "run in window mode" and there it goes, in full screen. Go figure. The game is glitchy as hell and the mouse control sometime does not work but I can play.

I already bought it in the last Steam summer sale for like dirt cheap. I still haven't completed it yet (something around 40%) but so far I have no issues, it runs great on my machine (xeon e3 1241 + gtx 970 with 357 prop driver), and the game itself is rock solid, fun and entertaining.
