GOG have boosted their Linux library some more again! Both FEZ and the recent Wine port of Enclave are now available on GOG.

FEZ has been requested on GOG ever since it got ported to Linux, so it's good to finally see it arrive for fans of the store. A user requested it back in 2013 on the forum, so people have been waiting quite a while for it!

This is the latest version too that was recently updated by Ethan Lee. It now uses FNA and SDL instead of MonoGame.

As for Enclave, it's a recent Wine-wrapped port (which is fine, it's old) and it's also pleasing to see that arrive on GOG so soon after the release on Steam.

I've tested it for a bit and it does seem to work flawlessly for me while in-game. It's certainly smooth! The only issue I had is alt+tab crashes the game for me. So be careful about doing that. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Gog.com should bring their old and only Windows titles to Linux by Wine porting, like Topware did

For example:The Witcher Enhanced Edition

Like they did with is Mac version. I found the omission of Linux baffling, especially in the light of the subsequent Linux version of W2.

It's always nice when they finally get added. There are a few more existing Linux ports that I'd like to see on GOG:

Saints Row 2 & 3
Expeditions: Conquistador
Metro 2033 Redux
Tropico 5

OS X version isn't using Wine. It's eON from VP, same as with TW2. Meanwhile you just can perfectly play TW1 in Wine yourself, instead of asking GOG to wrap it for you. It's like waiting for peeled potatoes in the store.

I couldn't run it on Mint 18.

Did you read WineHQ page first? When playing Wine games, it's the first thing you should check.

See https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=26114

TL;DR: you need d3dx9_35 native override, until this bug will be fixed: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25857
