GOG are going all mysterious on us, with their Twitter account simply popping out a big teaser image for December 1st. Time to get our thinking hats on.
They sent this out without any kind of explanation:
What do you all think it is?
It could possibly be a new well known game being liberated from DRM, which they often tease out like this. This is most likely, since the image looks like it has some sort of claw (possibly a dragon).
It could also be some sort of christmas countdown event with games getting highlighted each day. This is easily possible and I believe (if memory serves me) that they have done something like that before.
It may even be the big "1.0" release of GOG Galaxy, which would be interesting as we might then finally get news of when it's actually coming to Linux.
Exciting, but I'm not getting my hopes up too high for it being Linux-related.

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
My bet it is a start of "Cyberpank 2077" preorder campaign. Nothing concerning Linux.

NWN for Linux? Could be good... especially if we get NWN2.

While unofficial, I created an updated patch for the native Linux version of the game, link can be found here (Installation Instructions Provided).
As for what's coming on Thursday, I'm hoping something Linux compatible or TES Oblivion/Skyrim.

98% chance this has nothing to do with Linux.

I would hazard a guess, based on what people have observed so far, that there will be released a new Enhanced Edition version of Neverwinter Nights (and maybe NWN II as well). Earlier this year Beamdog released Enhanced versions of Baldur's Gate, BG2, and Icewind Dale. Noting that when the enhanced versions of the BG1, BG2, IWD games came out, they made very amenable discounts to existing owners of the older games on GOG ( and so I grabbed them =P ).

Now what does that mean? Both are already out on GOG. I guess more D&D goodness coming.
The Mass Effect franchise and Dragon Age Inquisition were made by Bioware, no?

NWN2 will not be coming to Linux unless someone pays for a port or Xoreos gets finished. The Engine had the Linux codetree removed when they updated/modified it for NWN2, They removed OpenGL/Linux support to focus on Xbox support for a cancelled Xbox port. Later games built on the engine didn't restore the Linux support. Only NWN, Witcher 2 and Kotor2 are based on the NWN engine which currently have Linux native ports. I know because one of my friends is a Bioware developer from those days and he explained it to me directly.
