It doesn't have many reviews, but from the ones it does have it seems the outlook is favourable.
I only tried a little of the first one and it seemed to be a pretty nice game. I do not have a review key for this one, so I likely won't cover it in much more detail.
About the game
Ittle and Tippsie crash onto yet another island filled with loot, puzzles and mysterious inhabitants! With the help of a magical map, they set out to steal eight pieces of a raft from increasingly improbable locations including beaches, prairies, an art exhibit and some dude's basement.
Ittle Dew 2 is a charming and humorous 3D Action Adventure game with a focus on exploration and combat. Tackle the game’s dungeons in any order and discover the many secrets of its expansive overworld. With only four main weapons, combat and puzzling is streamlined, yet upgradeable inventory items add RPG-like character progression!

The first one was much more about puzzles than action, but I found it really enjoyable - it was fairly short, but it was specifically designed to be able to be solved different ways using different combinations of the powers, so that essentially added 3x replay value.

The first one is well regarded and this looks like more of the same Zelda-esque goodness. The fact that Ittle Dew is supposedly more about puzzles than combat is a plus in my book. I also like that simple but pleasant art style that doesn't try to milk the ridiculously played out retro pixel graphics trend (There's nothing bad about pixel art, but for every Shovel Knight and Owlboy there's a hundred games with, quite frankly, shit pixel art) I intend to play both Ittle Dew games, but my backlog is too long right now.

I really enjoyed the first one. The puzzles were not just heavily inspired by Zelda dungeons, they also PLAYED like them in that they were really clever and well-designed. The kind of puzzles that keep you motivated the finish them. So I have high hopes for the sequel.
Personally, I'm hoping for a little more story to flesh things out this time around. The first game's focus was always on the puzzles, but brief dialogue sections now and then really made the game feel more alive to me. I really like Ludosity's characters and dialogue. They have a great humorous style and I did find myself wanting more of it in the first game. Either way, I'll definitely check it out sometime.
