Keep your wallets close, as the next major Steam sale will be happening soon. As usual, someone has leaked the dates.

In case the tweet vanishes, here they are:

Autumn sale: November 23rd
Winter sale: December 22nd

not that it's unexpected or news really, but here are the dates for the next 2 steam sales :) you're welcome pic.twitter.com/b8M3k2lwYw

While you should always take leaks like this with a pinch of salt, it lines up well with previous years. From what I understand, Valve shares the date with developers in places, so this is likely a screenshot taken from a developer section of Steam.

Personally, I will be looking to finally pick up and try Plague Inc: Evolved, which I've been meaning to for ages. I will also possibly grab Ultimate General: Gettysburg, as someone mentioned recently in our comments how good it is.

What will you be picking up?

"Ultimate General: Gettysburg" - it's very simple to get the mechanics of the game but it's very hard to succeed. I do love the game, I just played it for a few days though so I feel like I'll gift some copies to my friends so we can play together.

If Deus Ex is on sale I might grab it at the Christmas Sale. The needed features for it to run better on AMD are still not implemented so I'm not on a hurry.

Apart from that I wonder if The Dwarfs will already get a bit of discount, maybe like 10 %, for the Christmas sale.

Tons of good games on my wishlist so I'll have plenty to choose from. I'll probably have to skip the autumn sale, but I'm hoping to bag Rocket League and/or Mad Max around Christmas. SHENZHEN I/O looks awesome as well.

I still hope that Civ VI will arrive on Linux...

I will be looking for some 4X games. Currently I'm enjoying Stellaris while I'd like to pick up two copies of Master of Orion.

I will see... I have completed a few games recently, so it might be time to refill my backlog :)

Total War: Warhammer is number one on the list - though I might want to wait for a sale at Feral store with this one.

Well, seems like no Total War tomorrow... Wednesday it shall be :)

I'm ashamed to admit that I've not purchased Deus Ex yet - I simply can't afford it at the moment, things have been very tight now for a few months.
But if it is on sale, then yeah... Either way I'll get it before xmas for sure.

Slime Rancher is also one I'll grab if it's on sale, as well as Warhammer 4k.

As usual, almost all of my wishlist are games not yet released for Linux. Still, I might go for the Stellaris-expansion, maybe Sword-Coast Legends, Layers of Fear, Dungeon Rushers as well.

Shenzhen I/O is indeed awesome.

Beamboom - considering you might also have to upgrade your whole machine just to run Deus Ex, I'd not be in any rush to get it.
