GOG have put up two more classic games with Linux support today with Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade and Stunt Island.
Stunt Island is a classic flight simulator from 1992 that includes a pre-packaged DOSBox for you.
Sounds like an interesting game too, as you make your own films in it. It includes 45 different aircraft to play around in.
Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade is the 1989 ScummVM-powered adventure game.
Take on Nazis, mercenaries, traitors, and spies in this epic adventure!
It's really great to have classic games available so easily on Linux now and I'm really thankful GOG do this for us. They may not always get some of the most-wanted games by Linux gamers, but preserving classics is important. Having them in a no-hassle setup is great too for people who just want to download and play.

They may not always get some of the most-wanted games by Linux gamers, but preserving classics is important.Preserving classic games by making them playable on modern operating systems was the genesis of their business. It's why they used to call themselves Good Old Games.

Will they play at 1440p fullscreen ? I imagine that they are 4:3 but are they at least fullscreen top to bottom on a 16:9 monitor ?

Yep, well aware of that, I've known about them since they first came on the net :)They may not always get some of the most-wanted games by Linux gamers, but preserving classics is important.Preserving classic games by making them playable on modern operating systems was the genesis of their business. Was simply stating my opinion :)

What a coincidence, I just got The Last Crusade for myself for Christmas... on the Atari ST.
Edit: It was also quite a bit more expensive than the version on GOG.

Hehe I love the way you put the two game next to each other with the two screenshots. You see a cockpit view of stunt island, and then you see a crashed plane in Indiana Jones and the Lost Crusade ^^
For those playing on modern resolutions such as full HD or more, I suggest to use the 2xsai or super2xsai scaler as these game were played on 14 or 15" with tiny resolutions. They were definitly not looking like pixel porridge at the time.

Holy crap. I just need to buy Stunt Island. Me and my friends invested an insane amount of hours making movies in that "game". The biggest problem was that all the props etc. actually was planes so it wasn't as easy as just telling something to go from A to B if it involved a turn or two :P
