The Metro games proclaim "full controller support" so I assume it's not all hardcore twitch action, but how's the difficulty? Can I expect to enjoy the story even if I'm not that keen on (or very good at) FPS action?

It can range from really easy to hardcore crazy depending on your difficulty settings.

Ah, so there's an easy difficulty level available. Good enough for me. Thanks.

Actually, their control layout was clearly created joypad first then ported to mouse/keyboard, judging by the awful default keyboard bindings.

I have zero twitch skills and suck hardcore at FPS's and I greatly enjoyed the Metro games. There were a couple of parts that I had difficulty with but for the most part, you can play it pretty slow and methodical.

Thanks guys. My impression of the Metro games seems to have been a bit off. I've already exhausted (and exceeded) my Winter Sale budget, but I will get the bundle in the next sale. :)
