I've asked you what number one game you want to have on Linux, but what about games we already have? What is the number one game that you are truly thankful to have on Linux right now?
That last question was tough, but boy is this one difficult.
Honestly, for me it has to be Rocket League. It sure did take a while to actually arrive on Linux, but the wait was more than worth it.
I'm genuinely scared to load the game due to fear of not doing any actual work. It's a fantastic game to grab a few people together, kick back with a rum and coke and just play-ball.
It's a great game for our livestreams too, since it's another game that enables us to get the community involved, it has so many uses!
What's yours?

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
Civ V. That series being available on Linux was the deciding factor that made me drop my Windows partition.

I'm thankful for Brutal Legend, my favourite game.... saw it on sale this summer, find out that was for Linux too and thought "well, let's try".
After that I discovered this site and from 3 games on Steam now I have about 40 (30 on Linux)....
I used to dual boot for gaming before, ignoring the linux gaming, but after GOL I use steam more, I don't boot windows (7) from months and my wallet is empty...Oh,and I bought a Steam Controller too!
You (GOL Community) actually helped me to do the "great step" (using only Linux) so... Thank you!
(Went a bit OT... :D )
Oh, you mean "most thankful right now"? Well, I don't know... I'm playing a lot of SR2 now but only for the story (since the port have many, many issues)... Sincerely, I don't know... I have to play a lot of games yet (and my pc can't run some of the Feral Ports) so... every good game for this platform!

This is going to sound like a cop-out, but every big-name title, old and new. Because they further vindicate our favorite OS as a viable gaming platform.
If I have to pick one title, though, I think I'll go with Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, because:
(A) It gives me hope of a Human Revolution port
(B) It further shows Eidos'/Square Enix's support of our platform
and (C) It came out not long after the Windows release
Here's to seeing more of this in 2017!

I really enjoied playing it hours and hours with a thrustmaster steering wheel and pedals, till my knees started to hurt for days, damn.

Most thankful ever?
Xboard/eboard/Scid (Scid not strictly a game, but a game tool that's necessary for a serious Chess guy)
Battle for Wesnoth
Most thankful since Valve's influence?
Civ 5
Shadow of Mordor
Talos Principle
