MX Nitro [Steam, Official Site] is another title that popped up on SteamDB today and the developers behind this motocross racing game stated on Steam it should arrive 'very soon'.
From the Steam forum post:
You can see a trailer here:
It's actually a game that was only released for Windows this year, so it's great to see it arrive for Linux so soon after the original release!
About the game
Pimp out everything: Kit out your favorite bike, suit up with custom outfits and take to the tarmac, dirt or wow the crowd in the arena! Keep winning to unlock unique rider skins, bike upgrades, ace challenges and grab achievements.
Pick a trick: With 55 unique stunts to learn you can make your mark mid-air. California Roll through the sand dunes, Tsunami over treetops or Whip, Flip and Coffin for the win. But get that timing right because eating dirt is never a good look.
Keep the engine revving: With a 40 hour Solo-campaign featuring head to head Boss-races, you can hone your skills for a lifetime of challenges against friends and other riders from around the world in online multiplayer. Have you got what it takes to challenge the daredevils and dominate the leaderboards?

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
Quoting: Guestintegrated graphics card is still allowing me to play a lot of games
Hey pcavalcanti.
I can't say for sure, but I almost positive that using integrated graphics card on a laptop will result in a low framerate and bad experience, sorry.
Quoting: Guestwill there be a demo made available so that I can test if it will run on my PC
Unfortunately, we don't provide demo on PC, but you always can wait a little, download "demo version" from torrents and test that :)

Looks interesting enough, a silly (the good kind of silly) game to kill half an hour when you don't want to get too invested in a story-driven game.
I'm leaning towards buying this, especially due to the player-friendly attitude the devs have (download an illegal copy of the game, buy it if you like it.) How often do you get this from devs nowadays? They expect you to pay full price for a game without a demo, based on hype and paid shills and if the game doesn't live up to the very high expectations, then tough luck, we got your money, sucker. Whereas these devs are very understanding and accommodating -- try it, and if you like it, buy and support us. I respect such devs. So you got my money.
Thanks.

I've never been a huge fan of driving or sports games, but this looks like a fun mix of an arcade racer and those old side-view physics, both of which I like; add to that an in-house port and great communication and you've just earned yourself a sale :D
