Croteam has stated on their forum that Serious Sam 3: BFE [Steam] running on their new Fusion engine which uses Vulkan could arrive in public Beta as early as next month.

From their forum post:
Quote[..]There are no official deadlines, but my hope is that Fusion version of SS3 would enter public beta in the next month or so.

For those that don't remember, Croteam are updating all of the Serious Sam games to their new "Fusion" game engine. This newer game engine will be using Vulkan and it sounds like a big win for Linux, as all the Serious Sam games will support Linux thanks to this.

What's your problem with asking developers to stop ignoring Linux users who don't use Steam? If you don't have this issue because you aren't excluded, why are you upset that others bring it up? Reminds me how some Windows users are upset that Linux users ask developers to release games for Linux. Exclusivity is bad, you should know better.

What?I'm against Gog, not Steam and Itch.io.

I prefer Itch.io to Gog,which they care about Linux.

Ohh,i almost forgot.Gog has it's client for Windows and Mac(they're beta but available)but not for Linux.

They care about a fly much more than they care about Linux. So that's my reason.

Long live Steam and Itch.io!!!

You are apparently against asking developers to release on GOG. I find it wrong and inappropriate. How would you feel if someone will say next time, that developers shouldn't release on Steam, because someone is against it? I.e. that would exclude you. I doubt you'll appreciate that.

No,i'm not.I'm against to tell and some way force the developers (who also tell that two platform thing is a little bit hard, there are links above) bring their games to a platform like Gog which is Linux not welcomed. This is like, trying to buy an item from a salesman who shouts you to 'Fuck off,get off my sight!' and you're okay with it.

I'm not okay with it.Which is why i only buy from Steam and Itch.io.

Since Croteam games aren't found on itch.io either, you are for excluding non Steam users in general. As I said, I find it inappropriate and quite surprised such attitudes are found among Linux users.

Is Fusion the engine Talos Principle uses?

I'm excited to see more games coming to Vulkan this year. I'm going to make an educated guess and say that by the end of the year most games will start to be released using Vulkan due to things like this and the fact that the upcoming release of Unity will have the option to use Vulkan. :)

If they can and they want to come Itch.io,i will be happy about it.

As i see,you have a specific fetish with Gog.Also this Che Guevera guy too.Which i'm so curious, what cause that?

I use GOG primarily because they do more than anyone else to advance DRM-free gaming.

Seems to me that a huge reason not to like GOG is that their owners never gave us Witcher (1 or 3). Personally I use Steam because of the workshop (makes managing / downloading mods easy!), plus I have an HTC Vive, plus steam controllers, Link, etc. Pretty much I am now Valve's bitch. But that okay by me. Makes managing the game library REALLY easy.

GOG doesn't even give us auto updates, which with any of the modern games is more or less required. Now if they had GOG Galaxy for Linux, it would do the updates for us.

I always thought Torrent sites and cracks did more! ;)

Not in the way of putting some common sense in the thick-skulled heads of legacy publishers. Who besides GOG works to revert their bad practices?
