Its on the Normal map i see?

too bad, i would have liked to see Center Map or maybe even Scorched Earth.

Played too much on the Default map :)

anyway, i might hop in at some point and check out.

whats the rates? i hope those are not normal? :D specially taming ones, cause this game is epic grind with normal rates :) 2x-3x is a must if you ask me.. too high rates are again too boring.

no, not yet. they have improved some stuff though, there are clouds now on the sky and some basic version of ground clutter which at least paints the ground to correct colors under vegetation.
but thats about it.. they are planning to implement vulkan rendering this year, but given their trackrecord of implementing DX12, which never happened, i wouldnt hold my breath on it :D

Too bad. I'm playing Conan Exiles atm.

Have fun though!

its not out for Linux. If it will ever be.
Looks good though, hopefully it will be released to linux at some day also and hopefully they make use of vulkan by then.

I like the game and tempted to join but please increase multiplier to 5x or 10x. Else is unplayable (if you have a life)

What settings would people want changed, if you can tell me the exact settings I can tweak them all a little, not too much though.

Funcom did leave a hint on twitter https://twitter.com/funcom/status/790630269699129348

Most likely it's a later on stretch goal after the official windows release. since they are using UE4 it shouldn't be to hard for them. Funcom has come a long way since their Anarchy Online days. but it will be their first Linux port if they do, so we'll have to wait and see how it goes. :)

personally I only like using the primitive plus conversion on the original island or Center, I wished it would work on scorched earth. but I do like playing scorched earth a bit.
I've only been casually checking things out until they get a vulkan build, then I'll give it another go. Although in some ways ARK seems to be a bit obnoxious with the amount of added creatures and I don't know what to think of the tek teir stuff, I'm not to interested in all that.
