This site is the only reason I bought the game. Ballistic is the closest thing we have to the major multiplayer shooters.

I'm curious what you think of CounterStrike: GO and TF2 then. CounterStrike was the major multiplayer shooter when I was younger, and although TF2 is more of a hat simulator these days, I hear it still has shooter and multiplayer elements.

"major multiplayer shooters" being code for Call of Duty. Sorry, but I consider Counter Strike to be in a different class entirely.
EDIT: To elaborate, CoD is basically the Mario Kart of FPS in that it levels the playing field with all sorts of BS perks and drops and killstreaks whereas Counter Strike essentially has no skill ceiling.

Just bought it. Looks nice, will join on the server whenever possible.
I do get high ping (190ms) as the server is in Europe though.

I found an opening on Tuesday. Mostly got my ass handed to me by people playing 20 to 30 levels above me. Except for one game where I owned the whole lot. :D

This is neat, but wow the server is popular. Full almost all the time T_TI've been considering a second server, since ours are so popular. I think it's due to location (UK) so it gives non-us people a decent ping.
