- Many fixes that were deferred during code freeze.
- More Shader Model 5 instructions.
- A number of improvements to MIME message handling.
- Line breaking improvements in DirectWrite.
- HID bus service now running by default.
- Direct2D rendering improvements.
- Various bug fixes.
- Source release tarballs now use xz compression.

They also fixed a rather hefty 62 bugs in games like SimCity 2000, X-COM: UFO Defense, Sims 3, Everspace and more.

Nice. By the way, did anyone manage to make intro video play in the Witcher 3? I'm testing GOG version (which someone kindly gifted to me, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it). From the start menu it goes straight into the rotating snake and broken graphics starting area. But some apparently managed to make intro videos work.

It's amazing how far it's come and yet SimGolf still doesn't work on it.

Did you file a bug report about it not working?

I don't know if you know yet, but I did figure out how to do it, install this windows 7 update (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=36805 and it should allow video playback. It then plays the intro video and the begining video before the menu.

I was able to get the videos in wine 2.0 and 2.1 through playonlinux.

See this bug. The shorter way to do it is to install xact_jun2010 with winetricks.
