About Serious sam, why steam doesn't mention it works for linux? Does it ?

I've recently been playing and enjoying both Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter - at last on Linux - thanks to the new Fusion launcher (Steam), and Broforce (GOG) on Linux.
Great games, highly recommended. True classics!

through steam? Ok, thanks Liam ^^
... I still not understand what is "fusion": a launcher, an engine, or something I don't mind 'cause it's the developer code name to say 'it works on linux and cie'?
I will buy this evening and see ^^

People need to not put so much thought into that, people get bogged down with it. This doesn't matter unless it's an external port, which Serious Sam is not. Will it count as a Linux sale?About Serious sam, why steam doesn't mention it works for linux? Fusion is an updated engine for all of their games. You load Fusion, then pick say The First Encounter or The Second Encounter.About Serious sam, why steam doesn't mention it works for linux? Well, I'd say that it's about more than where the money goes. To me, it's also about showing that the Linux audience is indeed there.People need to not put so much thought into that, people get bogged down with it. I know for a fact developers can see Linux sales even without a Linux version. I've been told this by several developers now.

About Serious sam, why steam doesn't mention it works for linux? Does it ?While games are still in beta, they don't usually show the Linux icon on Steam. Also, Croteam is doing a slightly different thing where the new Fusion versions will show up as separate games from the old HD versions (although you will own both). Until the dust settles and everything is officially released, don't expect Steam to show anything very sensible.
(edit for spelling)

This is a pretty good game (I've played a number of hours of it myself). Turn-based isometric, fantasy strategy game:

Just bought a game that looks like it might be pretty cool. Satellite Reign. Gonna give it a try later. Got it from GOG.

Why not just directly buy Serious Sam Fusion, which already has 1st and 2nd encounter included, and there will be more content. It also has a Linux version, so you will definitely be registered as a Linux purchase. It's on sale as well, costing 1.5 euro.

You have to buy them all to get them in Fusion. That's what the "Packages that include this game" is about.
