Take this with a pinch of salt, as the Feral incoming port radar seems to be acting up, but it's possible Rome: Total War [Steam] might be another future port from Feral Interactive.

Taken from their radar today:

It seems it has since been removed.

Then there's also the support page for it, claiming it was released for Linux this month:

Rome: Total War is another highly rated strategy game, which Feral actually ported to iOS not long ago, so it's entirely possible it will come to Linux.

Feral never comment on things they haven't announced, so I will have to wait and see what happens here. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Yay, with Rome II (that is, if they port it), that's almost the whole collection we will have. (Maybe not the first Shogun, though).

Looking forward to support them in any way I can (though I already have these games).

It looks like these ports were worth it for Creative Assembly, unless they have some ideological motivation behind it (which I wouldn't mind, to be fair :)).

I prefer Rome II - but looks like CA abandon porting process without any word...

Downing that pinch of salt is a good strategy here. The Feral Radar is all sorts of silly this morning.

Yeah comments like that should not be on forums like this. If you do not like the game then say so there swearing on here is actually pretty crude.

I think that Rome II is a better election than the first one, but is also welcome. I have been dreaming with it since it was announced that it would come to Linux/SteamOS

I like Total War series very much. I have heard many good things about Rome. I wish to be true so I can finally play it on my PC.
