Tangledeep [Steam, Official Site], a dungeon crawler inspired by classic 16-bit RPGs has been announced as having a release next week and it will include Linux support.
On July 19th it will release on Steam in Early Access, but it already looks incredibly polished. It will be priced at $14.99, with no price changed planned once the game is finished.

This looks awesome. Will wait to see what your comments are but I'm eager to pick this up and try it. Only thing so far I don't like is the fog of war or what ever you call it. Darking the map in areas you explored is annoying.

I played it about 2 hours. It has some common Unity issues in fullscreen (but i simply go windowed, move the window around, fullscreen again, and it's fixed). Also got a corrupted data somehow, main menu was not active anymore (not related to the mouse issue in some Unity games), and i had to delete the Unity related folder...
Anyway, the game itself feels like TOME, only less polished and deep obviously, as it's much younger, with some nice classes and skills (i mostly played the Floromancer, a short range mage, summoning a pet plant, wine walls, and alike).
I want to play more.
